Studies in James

The book of James is one of the most misunderstood and misapplied texts in all of Christianity. In this complete series, Pastor Jason Boothe teaches through the entire Epistle, demonstrating how the Gospel preached by James is the same Gospel preached by Paul and the other New Testament writers. Additionally, Pastor Boothe explains exactly what James means when he wrote "faith without works is dead, being alone." It is our prayer that this teaching series is a blessing and comfort to the people of God.

In the midst of trials, let us endeavor to be swift to heed the voice of our Lord Jesus Christ as He reveals Himself through His precious Word. May we be slow to speculate or to run off at the mouth in despair. And let us pray that in the worst of our trials, God would be pleased to grant us the strength to put away anger and malice as we rest and trust in God alone for deliverance.
