1. UNITY WINS.
Philippians 1:28b-30
1st Corinthians 15:57-58, But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.
2. UNITY LOVES.
Philippians 2:1-2
Pause to Consider: What is the most loving thing we can do for another person?
1st John 3:1-2, See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know Him. Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when He appears we shall be like Him, because we shall see Him as He is.
Pause to Consider: Think of those who are hurting right now... Pray for their peace and comfort.
3. UNITY SERVES.
Philippians 2:3-4
Matthew 7:12, So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.
NEXT STEP: Hold tightly to unity, love, humility, and service.
See one another in the light of the cross.
2nd Corinthians 5:21, For our sake He made Him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.
